This exciting role is for a Health Care Support Worker working on a forward-thinking Learning Disability Rehabilitation Unit on the beautiful North Wales coast.

Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Health Care Support Worker to work within the in-patient services in Bryn Y Neuadd Hospital
The post involves working within a Learning Disability unit caring for people who suffer from a variety of mental/ Physical illness' to help gain an understanding of illness and develop strategies to cope with the illness when discharged back into the community.
The post is offered on a shift basis and involves working weekend shifts. The successful applicant would also be expected to work night duty on an internal rotation basis.
