FP&A Manager
Leatherhead (Hybrid - 2-3 days in office)
£75,000 - £80,000 DOE
Robert Half are exclusively partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed infrastructure business to recruit an FP&A Manager into their expanding finance team.

The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, you will take ownership of the FP&A function and play a pivotal role in driving financial insight across the business. This is a commercially focused role with high visibility, partnering with senior stakeholders and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and continuously develop the company's valuation model, including its application within the budgeting cycle
* Produce detailed scenario analysis to support strategic planning and investment decisions
* Lead the annual budgeting process end-to-end
* Deliver high-quality monthly FP&A reporting, including KPIs and actionable insights for department heads
* Maintain and report on both commercial and residential order books
* Manage and develop a Junior FP&A Accountant
* Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support wider business functions
* Partner closely with the Group Financial Controller on strategic initiatives
About You
* ACA/ACCA qualified with 3-5+ years PQE
* Strong experience in valuation modelling and financial model development
* Background in a multi-entity or fast-growth environment
* Advanced Excel skills (Power BI advantageous)
* Commercially minded, with the ability to turn data into clear, meaningful insight
* Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders across all levels
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, evolving business
