Job Summary: In this role, you will lead a team and supervise superintendents and/or craft professionals on a project. You will direct craft professional activities and work schedules, and coordinate subcontract work activities and team development. Your oversight will ensure craft professionals have the tools required to be productive, comply with project policies, procedures, and job site work rules and procedures, and perform within specifications, schedules and budgets. "This position is designated as part-time telework per our global WFH policy and may require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership”. Major Responsibilities: Responsible for traffic planning, modelling and DCO-compliant logistics documentation to support safe and efficient project delivery Lead traffic planning and modelling activities Develop Construction Traffic Management and Workforce Travel Plans Lead engagement with local authorities and highways bodies Support logistics governance and compliance with DCO requirements Coordinate with contractors and internal teams on execution planning Education and Experience Requirements: Typically requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and relevant work experience Typically 5 years’ experience in traffic, transport or logistics roles Required Knowledge and Skills: Experience (typically associated with five years’ experience) as a senior construction traffic, transport or logistics position or similar role in on large civils infrastructure projects with a value typically in excess of £50m. Senior level experience managing relationships with local authorities, on behalf of a construction project or contractor. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
