You will help analyze data, streamline procurement processes, and ensure compliance with organisational policies. Location: Adelaide Street, Belfast, BT2 8GD Pay: £20.66 per hour Key Responsibilities Manage procurement systems and produce performance reports. Analyze procurement and commercial data to provide insights. Support teams on procurement policies and compliance. Research market trends and identify potential cost-saving opportunities. Draft clear reports and assist with procurement requests. Supervise and train staff; deputise for the Procurement Development Manager. About You Essential Criteria: Relevant degree (e.g., Business, Public Administration, Accountancy) plus 1 year of experience in: Database management and reporting Analyzing procurement/commercial data Researching market trends and insights OR: 2 years of relevant experience without a degree. Core Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills Knowledge of procurement practices and systems Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions Proficient with electronic systems and IT tools Strong planning and prioritisation skills Desirable: 23 years relevant experience Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (MCIPS) Daily Tasks: Analyze trends and suggest efficiency improvements Ensure compliance with procurement policies Update and manage procurement databases Prepare reports and brief stakeholders Mentor staff and lead small teams Research market trends and innovations Why Join Us?
