A lovely school in Reading is looking for a Primary Teaching Assistant to join their team. They are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant with experience supporting SEN/ASD/ADHD. In this role, you will be valued as a vital team member and supported in your own individual success and well-being.
Your role as a Primary Teaching Assistant in Reading may include, but is not limited to:
Supporting children's behaviour for learning in the classroom
Helping children understand and follow the teacher's instructions
Working with individual learners on a 1:1 basis, or supporting small groups within the Learning Support department
Monitoring, tracking, and recording pupil progressAt this Reading primary school, you will be well supported and encouraged to work collaboratively to develop the best structure for students.
