Senior Audiologist

We are seeking to appoint a senior audiologist to join our busy and friendly team. There is one permanent post available for 37.5 hours per week, which may include occasional additional Saturday working to cover ENT clinics.
Job Details
You will be a well‑motivated, enthusiastic, qualified audiologist. You will provide routine and specialist rehabilitation services for hearing‑impaired patients, with a particular focus on adult rehabilitation and ENT support. The post may also involve tinnitus services, single‑sided deafness clinics, severe to profound hearing loss and hearing therapy depending on experience. The post‑holder will work independently at satellite clinics and domiciliary visits, and will contribute to training and supervision of junior staff.
Responsibilities
* Provide routine and specialist rehabilitation services for hearing‑impaired patients, focusing on adult rehabilitation and ENT support.
* Develop specialist expertise in complex clinics and contribute to clinical developments of the department.
* Support training and supervision of junior staff and PTP/STP trainees.
* Work independently at satellite clinics and on domiciliary visits.
Qualifications
* At least a BSc in Audiology or equivalent.
* Experience in a clinical setting, testing and rehabilitating complex patients.
* RCCP registration or equivalent is essential.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to find creative solutions for patients.
Visas
* Full‑time permanent vacancy cannot be filled by individuals on a Student visa.
* Applicants on a Student visa must have applied for a Graduate visa or have successfully completed their course and applied for a Graduate visa before the anticipated start date.
* Alternatively, the Trust may sponsor you as a Skilled Worker and you will complete studies within 3 months of the anticipated start date of employment.
