<div><h3><b>HR Advisor</b></h3><p><b>Location:</b> Eton/Windsor Area<br/><b>Reports to:</b> Head of People<br/><b>Hours:</b> Full-time, 09:00 – 17:30<br/><b>Salary:</b>£28,000 - £31,000 per annum (dependent on experience)</p><h3>About Glenholme Specialist Healthcare</h3><p>Glenholme Specialist Healthcare is a specialist healthcare provider supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs across 22 services nationwide. With over 700 staff and more than two decades of growth, we are a values‑led organisation operating in a highly regulated sector where the quality of our people directly shapes the quality of our care.</p><h3><b>The Role</b></h3><p>We are looking for a professional, proactive HR Advisor to provide practical, customer‑focused HR support across the group. Reporting to the Head of People, you will advise managers at every level — from service leaders to senior managers — on a broad range of employee relations, recruitment, policy, and compliance matters, always working in line with employment law and healthcare sector standards.</p><p>You will play a key role in promoting a positive workplace culture, supporting operational effectiveness, and helping Glenholme Specialist Healthcare deliver high‑quality care through sound people practices. The role involves occasional travel between sites.</p><h3><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3><h3>Employee Relations</h3><ul><li>Provide timely, practical advice across the full range of employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, performance and capability, flexible working requests, and wellbeing concerns.</li><li>Support and attend formal meetings, hearings, and investigations.</li><li>Prepare HR documentation, including letters, meeting outcomes, and case records.</li><li>Ensure employee relations cases are managed consistently, fairly, and in line with Glenholme Specialist Healthcare policies and employment law.</li></ul><h3>HR Operations</h3><ul><li>Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.</li><li>Produce HR reports and management information, including absence, turnover, and workforce metrics.</li><li>Support organisational change processes, including restructures and consultations.</li></ul><h3>Policy & Compliance</h3><ul><li>Ensure HR practices comply with UK employment legislation and healthcare regulations.</li><li>Support the implementation and review of HR policies and procedures.</li><li>Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion across Glenholme Specialist Healthcare.</li><li>Support audits and compliance activities relating to HR documentation and workforce standards.</li></ul><h3><b>About You</b></h3><h3>Essential</h3><ul><li>CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.</li><li>Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role, managing employee relations cases independently.</li><li>Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.</li><li>Experience working in a regulated or fast‑paced environment.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with managers and employees.</li><li>Sound judgement, problem‑solving ability, and strong attention to detail.</li><li>Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.</li><li>Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.</li><li>Flexibility to travel between sites where required.</li></ul><h3><b>Desirable</b></h3><ul><li>Experience within healthcare, private healthcare, social care, or other regulated services.</li><li>Experience supporting multi‑site operations.</li><li>Knowledge of safer recruitment and compliance requirements.</li></ul><h3><b>What We Offer</b></h3><ul><li>A varied generalist role within Glenholme Specialist Healthcares growing People team.</li><li>The opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and expanding organisation.</li><li>A culture where excellent people practices genuinely support the quality of care we deliver.</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Ongoing professional development opportunities.</li></ul><h3><b>Safeguarding</b></h3><p>Glenholme Specialist Healthcare is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the people we support.
