The Role
You will be at the heart of the commercial team, ensuring orders, data and customer communications are handled with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately process retailer orders using internal systems
* Manage shared inboxes and respond to customer queries
* Coordinate shipments and provide delivery updates
* Maintain and review sales and product data for accuracy
* Produce reports on stock levels and customer trends
* Support the wider team with general administration
What Were Looking For
* Previous experience in administration or data entry
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
* A proactive and team-focused approach
