We are looking to recruit a Marketing Administrator working at our Preston Farm Head Office located in Stockton.

Job responsibilities

We are keen to employ a passionate individual who cares about customers and strives to deliver a top-class service level in their team at all times, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in the delivery of all administrative tasks whilst also gaining general experience working in a busy marketing department of a national retailer.

Key Duties and Tasks:

· Act as the first point of contact for visitors by answering the reception doorbell and providing a professional, welcoming experience.

· Prepare and process weekly ad hoc branch POS (Point of Sale) orders, ensuring all requests are accurately collated, dispatched on time, and posted from our Coulby Newham and or Falcon Court office.

· Liaise with the external distribution centre to coordinate monthly POS orders in line with branch schedules /promotional schedules and communicate any additional or ad hoc requirements.

· Draft, produce, and distribute branch marketing letters as required, including mail merges, printing, and postage.

· Collate and prepare new branch POS packs in advance of store openings across the Ramsdens store network.

· Apply for and renew advertising licences with local councils to secure permissions for externally placed promotional materials, including A-Boards.

· Create and maintain comprehensive branch information folders, including photography and POS specifications.

· Create, produce, laminate, and distribute branch opening hours signage, including updated hours for peak trading periods such as bank holidays and Christmas. Working within a brand template.

· Work closely with external suppliers to manage replenishment and reprinting of POS stock and marketing department stationery supplies.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date POS inventory records for all branches.

· Manage and update the branch POS order schedule, including tracking new store openings.

· Support the Head of Department with collating monthly reports

· Support the Head of Department with the annual distribution of charitable donations generated through the company's loose coin fundraising scheme.

· Lead or assist with the creation and implementation of special projects as delegated by the Head of Department.

· Communicate effectively with suppliers and branches via telephone and email to ensure smooth coordination of marketing activities.

· Provide administrative and operational support to the Head of Department, colleagues, and the wider Ramsdens store network on an ad hoc basis.

You must be willing to work 20 hours per week. (5 days per week Monday to Friday). Hours flexible to suit (i.e. 10am-2pm)
