We’re expanding our award-winning team at The Buy to Let Broker, and we’re on the lookout for a proactive Mortgage Administrator to join us at our Southport head office.
You’ll play a vital role in supporting our brokers, case management team – helping professional landlords across the UK secure mortgages quickly, smoothly and stress-free.
🏡 Salary: Up to £25,000 (depending on experience)
📍 Location: On-site, Southport HQ
🕐 Type: Full-time, Permanent
🧩 What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day:
* Being the organisational powerhouse that keeps everything on track.
* Gathering, checking and uploading client documents for mortgage applications.
* Cross-referencing data and verifying document authenticity.
* Inputting client information and submitting mortgage applications to lenders.
* Handling early-stage case admin with care and precision.
* Answering calls and making sure clients and colleagues feel supported and heard.
🎯 What You Should Bring to the Table:
* A can-do, detail-driven attitude.
* Experience with Microsoft Office & confident computer skills.
* Excellent organisational chops — you love a well-ordered spreadsheet.
* A friendly, confident phone manner.
* Experience in admin or data entry (bonus points for finance experience).
* Accuracy, accuracy, accuracy — did we mention that?
