This is a chance to play a key role in shaping and developing a growing Technology & E-Discovery function, supporting complex, high-profile disputes and investigations.This position sits at the heart of the firms strategic growth plans, combining innovative legal technology with expert legal services to deliver cutting-edge e-disclosure solutions.The RoleAs Technology & E-Discovery Manager, you will lead the delivery of end-to-end e-discovery services across a diverse range of matters. You will act as the central point of expertise, working closely with legal teams to implement tailored digital solutions and ensure best-in-class service delivery.Youll also play a pivotal role in building capability within the team, driving innovation, and enhancing the firms use of technology-assisted review tools.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Disputes teams to design and deliver tailored e-discovery strategiesAct as the primary contact for document review and legal technology queriesOversee the full lifecycle of e-discovery projects, from data collection to productionBuild, mentor, and develop a junior team, providing ongoing training and supportDeliver training sessions to both internal stakeholders and clientsStay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, sharing insights across the businessEnsure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements relating to disclosureAbout YouYoull be a highly experienced e-discovery professional with strong technical expertise and a collaborative approach.Key skills and experience include:Deep understanding of document review platforms and disclosure processesHands-on experience with leading tools (e.g.
