Job summary;

Pickwick Academy Trust are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for an organised and motivated individual to support the Local Governance Committees of our family-focused, village Church of England and Community Primary Schools within the South Wiltshire Hub. The role involves helping the Committees fulfil their statutory responsibilities in line with current legislation.

Working In Close Collaboration With The Local Governance Committees, Headteachers, School Leadership Teams, The Salisbury Diocese, And Leaders From The Pickwick Academy Trust, The Post Holder Will Be Responsible For:

* Coordinating and clerking Local Governance Committee meetings
* Providing accurate minutes and documentation
* Managing a range of administrative tasks related to governance

This role offers flexible working across approximately 2 hours per week per Local Governance Committee, with additional hours agreed as required. The successful candidate must be able to attend six early-evening meetings per year per Committee, and will be expected to check emails regularly.

We welcome applicants wishing to work fully remotely, in a hybrid arrangement, or in person. Multiple schools within the South Wiltshire Hub are available, and the role will be based from our hub school, Winterslow CofE Primary School.
