About Your Role
This is a varied and engaging role as a Duty Manager. You will wear many hats, including managing, recruiting, and training staff; addressing customer concerns; increasing memberships; preparing reports; and attending meetings. You will represent Places Leisure and need to be a motivated individual who is committed to excellence.

Responsibilities
* Lead a team and ensure the efficient daily operation of the centre.
* Maintain a flexible approach, including working shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
* Become a registered first aider; first aid experience is advantageous.
* Hold a NPLQ qualification.
About You
Previous supervisory or management experience within a leisure facility is desirable. You should possess excellent customer service and leadership skills and demonstrate a commitment to health and safety standards.
