You're the bridge between teaching and support—and schools know just how valuable that is. As an HLTA, you'll step up when needed, lead lessons confidently, and bring consistency that students rely on.
No two days are the same. One day you might be covering a maths lesson, the next delivering interventions in literacy. Your leadership keeps learning flowing.
What the role involves:
Leading pre-planned lessons across the school
Supporting learners with SEND and EAL
Running small group catch-ups and targeted support
Working closely with SLT, TAs, and class teachers
To apply, you’ll need:
Classroom leadership skills
Confidence delivering lessons independently
Enhanced DBS (or ready to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
