Role Description
We're looking for an ambitious and results-driven Ecommerce Manager to lead and optimise our multi-channel online sales presence. You’ll be responsible for driving performance across platforms like eBay, Amazon, Shopify, Back Market, TikTok Shop, and more. From digital strategy and customer engagement to inventory and budget management, this is a hands-on role where you’ll shape our ecommerce growth and impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online revenue and brand visibility
* Manage and optimise listings across all platforms (eBay, Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
* Oversee order processing, customer service, returns, and escalations
* Collaborate with digital marketing to align product content and UX
* Analyse sales performance and implement improvements for conversion and ROI
* Maintain stock levels and liaise with procurement and warehouse teams
* Identify high-demand products for resale and upselling opportunities
* Support technical issue resolution and customer troubleshooting
* Maintain compliance with data protection and ecommerce policies
* Track KPIs, customer feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement
* Manage ecommerce budget and resources effectively
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an ecommerce management role (2+ years)
* Hands-on knowledge of platforms such as eBay, Amazon, Shopify, and Back Market
* Strong understanding of online sales, digital marketing, and SEO principles
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Analytical mindset with experience in sales data and reporting tools
* Familiarity with inventory and order management systems
* Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of IT hardware (desirable but not essential)
* Passion for sustainability and the circular economy is a bonus
Salary and Commission
* Salary : Competitive and based on experience (to be confirmed at offer stage)
* Commission : Performance-based commission structure available
* Commission is paid 30 days in arrears from when payment is received by the business
* Targets and commission structure are subject to review depending on market and business conditions
