If youve got between 2-5 years of experience in front-of-house and general administration and are ready to step up your career in a dynamic legal setting, this could be your next move.

* Monday to Friday, 09:30-17:30, 5 days in the office

Responsibilities
* Helping manage the switchboard and transferring calls/taking messages where necessary
* Giving clients and visitors a warm, polished welcome every time
* Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring a professional setup
* Keeping front-of-house areas pristine and presentable
* Arranging catering for key meetings and events
* General administration - typing, scanning, copying, assisting the lawyers with ad hoc requests
Who were looking for
* 2 to 5 years of experience in a front-of-house facing role in a law firm or professional services environment
* A people person whos as positive as they are professional
* Organised, dependable, and calm under pressure
* Strong communicator, both in person and on the phone
* Someone who takes initiative, loves being busy, and gets things done
