What We’re Looking For R egistered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with active NMC registration. Demonstrated experience in elderly or dementia care, with understanding of complex health and emotional needs. Confident in care planning, medication management, and safeguarding principles. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, fostering positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues. Committed to professional growth and maintaining high clinical standards. Key Responsibilities Deliver person-centred nursing care, including medication administration, wound management, and clinical assessments. Develop, review, and update detailed care plans, risk assessments, and dietary plans to meet residents’ individual needs. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to maintain the highest care standards. Ensure accurate and timely documentation in line with professional and regulatory requirements. Promote residents’ holistic well-being through empathy, communication, and ongoing support. Stay informed about clinical best practices and uphold CQC and NMC standards at all times.
