* Take ownership of data integrity, managing and validating spatial data captured in‑house and by third parties, including the design and administration of local and enterprise geodatabases for water assets, networks, and environmental datasets.
* Deliver GIS outputs for water projects that meet defined standards, scope, and budget, while consistently achieving high technical quality and strong outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners across the water sector to understand operational, regulatory, and environmental requirements and deliver tailored geospatial solutions.
* Actively share knowledge, ideas, and technical innovation to strengthen GIS capability and digital maturity within water‑focused teams.

* Provide specialist GIS and spatial data expertise across the business, supporting water, wastewater, flood risk, drainage, and environmental services wherever required.
* Maintain a commitment to continuous professional development, staying ahead of emerging digital, geospatial, and data technologies relevant to the evolving water sector.
* Innovation: Develop new ideas and approaches to improve processes and create value. Generate ideas, involve clients, and collaborate with suppliers and innovators.
