Job Title: Talent Advisor Location: Old Street, London Remuneration: Up to £200/day PAYE Contract Details: Temporary until the end of the year Responsibilities: Contingent Workforce Management: Oversee the complete management of the contingent workforce programme, including vendor relations, contract administration, pay, onboarding, offboarding, and performance tracking. Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for vendor communication to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and address any vendor-related issues. Vendor Payments: Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, and Technology teams to ensure accurate and timely vendor payments in alignment with contracts. Compliance and Risk Mitigation: Stay updated on labour and tax laws, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements and minimising legal risks. Assist with UK worker tax assessments and vendor tax arrangements. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and evaluate the contingent workforce programme’s performance, generating reports and insights for stakeholders to facilitate decision-making. Contingent Worker Support: Serve as a resource for contingent workers, addressing inquiries, providing policy guidance, and fostering effective communication between workers and stakeholders. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance and automate contingent workforce management processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work alongside HR, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Technology teams to align workforce management strategies with organisational goals, supporting managers and advising on workforce issues. Tax Assessment: Enhance service offerings by ensuring IR35 assessments and status determination statements are completed accurately. Qualifications and Experience: Experience in contingent workforce management, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles within MSP, internal, or agency settings. Familiarity with vendor management systems (VMS), preferably Beeline. Knowledge of labour laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to contingent workers. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail for effective documentation and data management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant software applications. Experience in project management, ensuring timely and organised delivery of initiatives.
