What you’ll be doing
* Acting as Responsible Individual across a varied audit client portfolio
* Leading and developing audit teams through a period of sustained growth and acquisition activity
* Supporting the integration and standardisation of newly acquired firms
* Building long‑term relationships with entrepreneurial and mid‑market clients
* Working closely with senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives
* Driving audit quality, compliance, and best practice across the wider business
* Supporting the development of future leaders within the team
* Contributing to business development activity and market positioning within the accountancy sector
What we’re looking for
* Strong external audit experience gained within a practice environment
* Existing RI status or demonstrably close to obtaining it
* Commercial mindset with the ability to balance technical quality and client delivery
* Comfortable operating within a fast‑moving, acquisitive business environment
* Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
* ACA or equivalent professional qualification
* Ambition to progress within a growing leadership structure rather than remain static
