This varied role involves client coordination, property marketing, sales progression, and general office administration. Key Responsibilities Coordinate property viewings and manage client communication Create property brochures and marketing materials Manage property listings across websites and portals Oversee sales progression and liaise with solicitors Process invoices and client payments using Xero Manage social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram) Handle general office administration and enquiries Maintain compliance with property regulations Requirements Ideally Minimum 1 year experience in estate agency or property management Previous administration and customer service experience Strong communication and organisational skills Knowledge of property software and Microsoft Office Understanding of NI property market (preferred) Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (may be required) Skills: Sales Support Admin Office Admin
