Geowaters is seeking a
strategic and forward-thinking Part-Time Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
to lead our technology vision and support our growth through digital innovation, smart solutions, and scalable systems.
This role is ideal for a senior technology leader who can provide high-level direction while ensuring the efficiency, security, and modernization of our technical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and implement the
company's technology strategy and digital transformation roadmap
* Identify and deploy
innovative technologies
to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery
* Oversee
IT infrastructure, software platforms, cloud solutions, and data management
* Ensure
cybersecurity, data protection, and system reliability
* Support the development of
smart water / environmental / monitoring solutions
(as applicable)
* Lead and guide
internal technical teams and external technology partners
* Establish
technology standards, policies, and KPIs
* Advise executive management on
technology investments and innovation opportunities
* Drive
automation, integration, and process optimization
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a
CTO, Technology Director, or similar leadership role
* Strong background in
digital transformation, system architecture, and cloud technologies
* Experience in
engineering, environmental, water, infrastructure, or industrial sectors
is a strong plus
* Solid understanding of
cybersecurity and data privacy best practices
* Ability to work at both
strategic and operational levels
* Excellent
leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent in English
