Key Responsibilities
1. Plan, coordinate and deliver outdoor learning activities
2. Lead educational day visits, residential stays and family engagement programmes
3. Work closely with schools and community groups to develop tailored visit programmes
4. Deliver curriculum-linked learning activities for children and young people
5. Evaluate learning outcomes and maintain high quality standards
6. Support safeguarding, health and safety and risk management procedures
