Minimum 6 months contract to 31/12/2025 Your new role You will beresponsible for: Processing contractorand supplier invoices, expenses, and payment requests with precision andtimeliness. Managing supplier andstakeholder relationships, resolving payment queries efficiently. Conducting regularledger reconciliations and generating accounts payable reports. Collaborating withfinance and procurement teams to optimise workflows and align on vendorcontracts. Supporting month-endand year-end processes, including reconciliations and audit coordination. Contributing tocontinuous improvement initiatives and supporting ad-hoc finance projects. What you'll need to succeed You will have: Proven experience inAccounts Payable, Contract to Pay, or Procure to Pay functions. Strong time managementskills and a track record of meeting deadlines. Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel and Office A detail-oriented andproactive approach to problem-solving. The ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Cantonese/Mandarin speaking is desired but not essential.
