We are recruiting Band 5 Pre-Assessment Nurses to deliver face-to-face and telephone pre-assessments for endoscopy procedures. You will be expected to complete a minimal number of assessments each week.

Previous endoscopy experience is essential, along with an understanding of the procedures involved in endoscopy.

Examples of Procedures We Perform
* GI procedures including OGD, Colonoscopy, Flexible Sigmoidoscopy, Endoscopic Mucosal Resection (EMR), Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), Manometry, Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS)
This role provides the opportunity to work as part of a dedicated, hardworking, and friendly team in our JAG-accredited Endoscopy unit within the Trust.
Successful applicants will have excellent communication skills, be forward-thinking, well-organized, and possess a positive attitude towards flexibility, learning, and change. Your role will involve providing patient-centered, clinically effective, and compassionate care, ensuring patients have a positive endoscopy experience, aligned with the Trust values.
