You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, Monday to Friday contracted to 40 hours per week. Permanent employment contract with an ever evolving and growing market leader Extensive wellbeing programmes and initiatives accessible to all employees Pension scheme What you will do on a typical day: Manage all aspects of transport clerical duties for the site Be part of a team that is responsible for vehicle administration Manage customer service both internally and externally Support the transport operation in compliance to company processes Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports as requested in a timely manner What you need to succeed at GXO: Experience in a similar role is highly desirable but not essential An understanding of transport systems Flexipod/ WinSight, Vision, Telematics Excellent organisation, communication, and customer service skills Understanding of transport regulations and requirements An understanding of IT, Microsoft Office, in particular MS Excel & MS Outlook Strong communication skills, with ability to prioritise, good attention to detail and work on own initiative as well as team engagement/delivery.
