Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Richmond Upon Thames. The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and enforcing customer service standards. Responsibilities include managing inventory, training and managing staff, handling customer inquiries and issues,
maintaining store presentation and meeting sales goals.
Qualifications
* Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
* Strong Communication skills
* Experience in Store Management
* Ability lead and manage a team
* Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
* Experience in retail or a related field is beneficial
* High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education in management or business is a plus
