£26,227.50 base salary (£40,000 OTE) + uncapped comission + loyalty bonuses
Monday to Friday 12pm - 8pm and weekends
Commercial vehicle provided, full UK Driving License required

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON Introducing GoFibres full fibre broadband to customers in launched communities and routes
Representing the brand face-to-face through door-to-door sales and local engagement
Opening new doors and developing fresh territories, building awareness from scratch
Understanding customer needs and recommending the right package
Managing and growing your own territory, pipeline and customer base
Working routes daily, maximising coverage and opportunity
Hitting targets and earning uncapped commission
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE Experience in a customer-facing sales environment (retail, events, hospitality, telecoms or similar)
Confidence starting conversations with new people, especially in new areas
Resilience and self-motivation when working independently in the field
A target-driven mindset with a hunger to succeed
A full UK driving licence
