A Day in Your Life
You start your day by reviewing blueprints and getting hands-on with electronics assembly. Your attention to detail ensures the precision soldering of mgalight shielded cables. You thrive on challenging fine pitch tasks, seamlessly integrating wires into host assemblies using visual aids, hand, and power tools.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure assemblies meet specifications with a focus on quality practices and procedures.
* Contribute to a tidy work environment, taking pride in the quality of your craftsmanship.
* Collaborate with teams across the company, impacting product quality through critical decisions.
Knowledge & Skills
* Strong grasp of concepts, practices, and protocols like ESD, backed by 3+ years in a similar field.
* Experience in cleanroom environments and adherence to IPC-610 workmanship standards.
* Proven communication skills and adaptability under pressure.
* An eye for detail fused with a creative approach to challenges.
Qualifications
* High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
* Solid IPC knowledge, with optics experience as a desirable addition.
