Established over a decade ago and recently expanding into the residential sector, the business has experienced 60% growth year-on-year, driven by reputation, high-quality service, and minimal outbound business development.</p><h3>The Role</h3><p>Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior Block Manager to join their team. Theyre open to hiring at Property Manager, or Senior Property Manager level, depending on your experience.</p><h3>Key responsibilities include:</h3><ul><li>Managing a tailored portfolio of residential blocks (number and complexity based on experience)</li><li>Liaising with freeholders, leaseholders, and residents</li><li>Organising and overseeing repairs, maintenance, compliance, and service charge budgeting</li><li>Managing onboarding of new sites and supporting transitions</li><li>Acting as a key point of contact for clients, delivering consistently high levels of service</li></ul><h3>What They’re Looking For</h3><p>The company is looking for committed, self-sufficient professionals who want to be part of something long-term.
