About Us*Master Mix Concrete is a growing concrete supplier operating a modern fleet of HGV mixer trucks and plant equipment. We are looking for a reliable and experienced individual to help manage our in-house workshop and oversee the maintenance of our mixer fleet. This is a *hands-on role working alongside our existing mechanic team*, helping ensure our vehicles are maintained, serviced and ready for daily operations.
The role would suit either an *experienced workshop supervisor or a senior HGV technician looking to step into a management position*.
Help manage the *day-to-day running of the workshop*
Work alongside our mechanic team to carry out *servicing, maintenance and repairs on HGV mixer trucks*
Manage and arrange *vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance schedules*
Ensure vehicles are *prepared for MOTs and external inspections*
Maintain *service and maintenance records*
Support good *workshop organisation and safety standards*
You will *not be solely responsible for Operator Licence compliance* and will work closely with company directors and management to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
Experience working with *HGV vehicles or commercial vehicle maintenance*
Ability to help organise workshop activity and work with a small team
Experience working with *concrete mixer trucks, tippers or plant equipment*
~ HGV Class 1 or Class 2 licence*
