Job overview
We're seeking a dynamic nurse, midwife or allied health professional to lead the training activity of the Hive EPR expansion across our Local Care Organisations. This role will collaborate with clinical and non‑clinical leaders to ensure training enables users to safely and confidently use Hive EPR, driving digital and data literacy to support data‑driven, patient‑centred services.
Main duties
* Lead the development, delivery and evaluation of Hive EPR training for community services
* Collaborate with the Hive EPR & Digital Training Team, Clinical Group colleagues, Clinical Informatics, end users, operational leads and the LCO EPR Expansion Programme Team to design and deliver training content
* Define and produce metrics to monitor and evaluate training delivery
* Promote an environment conducive to learning, education, training, research and development
* Foster innovative practice and proactively improve the digital user experience
* Develop various learning opportunities to meet individual service needs
Person specification
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse, Midwife, AHP with current NMC/HCPC registration
* Relevant Master’s Degree or evidence of working at Master level
* Evidence of personal development
* Coaching qualification
Experience and knowledge
* Experience in project management in digital training or learning projects in a complex organisation
* Ability to deliver, design and evaluate a range of education and training initiatives suitable for different staff groups
* Able to teach individuals and groups in person and virtual settings
* Extensive experience supervising and assessing staff
* Demonstrated communication and presentation skills with internal and external stakeholders
* Experience in audit and service development

* Ability to communicate complex digital issues clearly
* Ability to make judgments on multi‑stranded or complex digital problems
* Ability to plan and organise broad range of complex activities
* Collaborative approach and good team working
