Office Manager/Team Assistant – French speaking Location: London (5 days in office with occasional flex) Salary: £40k–£55k excellent benefits Start Date: ASAP I’m working on a fantastic opportunity for a French-speaking Office Manager / Team Assistant to join a dynamic, international business based in central London. This is a pivotal, fast-paced support role, ideal for someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and enjoys being the person who holds everything together behind the scenes. They’re looking for someone with 2 years’ experience in a team assistant, office manager, or similar support role - someone who’s solutions-focused, French speaking, and thrives in a busy and solution focussed environment. The Role You will be the go-to person for the team - the person who keeps the office running, supports senior stakeholders, and troubleshoots problems before they arise. This is a role that demands flexibility, ownership, and a high level of common sense and EQ. You’ll be working across a wide range of tasks, from day-to-day operations to project support, admin and meeting and greeting. You’ll also regularly liaise with French-speaking colleagues and clients, so French speaking is essential. This is a highly visible and central role, and no two days will be the same.
