Are you a talented Senior Revit Technician looking for the next step in your career? Join our clients well-established engineering consultancy, on a permanent basis, allowing for your skills and expertise to progress beyond comprehension. Within this position you will have the opportunity to work 4 days a week, on a hybrid basis, from their main office in Derby. This offer will develop your expanding skillset by working on a variety of Commercial, Residential, and Industrial projects, ranging in complexity.
* Competitive salary of £35,000-£55,000 (depending on experience).

Responsibilities
* Create and develop concise Revit 3D models, with a focus on setting up and maintaining families, schedules, sheets, views, and annotations.
* Produce in-depth drawings, specifications, sections, and elevations, at a high standard, with the use of Revit models, ensuring full compliance with project plans.
* Work alongside multidisciplinary project professionals to ensure all designs align with the agreed requirements, maintain model integrity, and resolve arising issues.
* Support the implementation of BIM standards, quality assurance practices, and system workflows, whilst ensuring compliance with client and company BIM principles.
* Aid the design and documentation stages, supporting the internal teams, by working on visualisations, revisions, as‑built updates and mark‑ups.
Requirements
* Extensive experience as a Senior Revit Technician, preferably with an understanding of Civil and Structural systems, with multidisciplinary project experience.
* Strong understanding of software tools, such as Revit, ACC, and BIM360, as well as model production, family management, view setup, scheduling, and annotation.
* Solid grasp of BIM systems and processes, with an inclusion of clash detection, version control, and model verification.
* Effective communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
* Proficient attention to detail, with strong organisational skills, and an ability to manage time, and prioritise workload, effectively.
