We are seeking to appoint an IT Service Manager, a crucial role responsible for supporting our Head of IT with all aspects of the IT infrastructure. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced team leader to advance their career.
The ideal candidate will focus on planning, delivering excellent day-to-day IT support, and ensuring reliable and secure IT systems across our schools. Candidates should have qualifications such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent and at least one year of IT support experience within educational institutions across multiple sites. Leadership experience, along with a passion for developing, coaching, and sharing expertise with your team, is essential. A valid driving license and access to a car are required.
