Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to join our growing international team. This role is focused on assisting the sales team manage day-to-day client accounts, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring smooth communication between national and international clients and our internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain existing international and national client accounts, ensuring all requests and queries are handled efficiently.
* Communicate with clients via email, phone, and video calls.
* Provide excellent customer service, resolving any potential issues quickly and professionally.
* Monitor order progress, logistics, and deliveries, keeping clients fully informed.
* Prepare reports and updates for clients and senior management.
* Work collaboratively with sales, logistics, and technical teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
* Help to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
* Identify new leads and establish relationships and potential sales with this
Requirements:
* Strong communication skills.
* Experience in sales, account management, customer service, or sales support is a plus.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Must be comfortable meeting clients and appearing in promotional videos and content.
