Salary: £16.00 per hour
Hours of work: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Duration: Temporary ongoing position

Dynamite Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and fast-growing organization based in Hampshire. We are looking to recruit Complaints Handlers / Customer Relations Officers to join their busy team on a temporary basis immediately.
Responsibilities:
* Work as part of a specialist complaints department to address customer complaints and dissatisfaction with services
* Respond to and resolve customer complaints and escalations
* Liaise with internal departments and third parties professionally
* Provide solutions to customers within satisfactory timescales
* Report feedback to the Line Manager regarding complaint outcomes
* Follow up with customers to turn negative experiences into positive ones
* Respond to customer needs in person and via email
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in complaints resolution or customer service roles managing complaints
* Excellent English skills, including letter writing
* Confident and authoritative on the phone if necessary
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
* Ability to prioritize workload
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong customer service and telephone skills
* Good negotiating skills
