Digital Product at ASOS
We’ve recently completed an exciting transformation journey, evolving our Digital Product team and processes with a new way of working that places our digital products at the heart of our business. We are now seeking experienced Senior Product Managers to join our Product-Led Organisation. These roles span various squads, focusing on internal and external initiatives, as we aim to evolve ASOS beyond just an eCommerce retailer.
We currently receive over 2.5 billion visits annually, with more than 23 million active customers and over 50 million unique visitors monthly. This environment offers opportunities to develop best-in-class digital products.
The Details
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Recommendations team. You’ll be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of our machine learning-powered recommendation systems, from models to customer experiences. Your work will impact millions of ASOS customers worldwide.
The current RecSys is built on a Transformer-based architecture, powering various onsite and offsite customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy: Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our recommendation systems, aligned with ASOS’s business goals.
2. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, design, and other teams to ensure seamless feature delivery.
3. Customer Focus: Use customer insights and data to inform product decisions, meeting customer needs and business objectives.
4. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to refine and execute plans.
5. Measurement: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure success, continuously optimizing for performance and satisfaction.
6. Leadership: Set standards, mentor junior managers, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
