Your Role Will Include:
* Offering 1:1 and small group support for students with additional needs.
* Assisting teachers in delivering lessons, helping students access learning and develop confidence.
* Working within both the mainstream classrooms and the specialist provision where required.
* Using your transferable skills (e.g., from childcare, youth work, or a care background) to engage and inspire students.
We re Looking for Someone Who:
* Has experience with young people or a strong desire to work in SEN support (full training provided if needed).
* Is patient, approachable, and adaptable to meet individual needs.
* Wants to make a genuine difference to the lives of students with additional learning requirements.
