* £60k basic
with 20% bonus
* Working with very well known household brands.

We are working with a highly regarded, design-led organisation with a strong international presence and ambitious growth plans. From their UK hub, they manage and develop key markets across Europe and the Middle East. They are now seeking an experienced
National Account Manager
to strengthen relationships with major retail partners and drive strategic growth across multiple sales channels.

As National Account Manager, you will take ownership of key retail accounts, ensuring their full potential is realised both in-store and online. You will play a vital role in shaping joint business plans, driving brand visibility, and identifying new commercial opportunities. This role requires a confident negotiator with proven sales expertise, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels and securing incremental business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Grow and develop defined sales channels in line with the overall commercial strategy.
* Maintain and nurture relationships with existing retail partners, maximising their potential.
* Expand brand presence in-store and online through creative sales and distribution solutions.
* Identify and secure new opportunities with additional retail partners and marketplaces.
* Conduct market research and analyse trends to inform business decisions.
* Optimise product listings and assortments to drive growth.
* Plan, prepare and deliver impactful joint business plans with key retailers.
* Forecast, track, and deliver against agreed sales targets.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational excellence.
* Ensure all activities meet required legal and ethical standards.

Skills and Experience

* Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a strong track record of success.
* Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Results-driven with strong commercial acumen.
* Confident in managing both internal and external relationships.
* Detail-oriented, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
* Strong presentation and communication skills.
