Be among the first 25 applicants. This position is 32 hours per week on a three month fixed term contract, any 4 in 6 days including bank holidays.
Our drivers are the face of our business and their interaction with customers is crucial to our success. You will deliver frozen Wiltshire Farm Foods meals and bring sunshine to our customers’ doors. You will work within our coldstore at -20ºC, with protective clothing provided and breaks to warm up. You will be part of the wider team and may move between teams to support flexibility and development.

Responsibilities
* Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner
* Pick orders within the coldstore
* Use our app to update customers deliveries
* Provide exceptional customer service at all times
* Carry out pre-shift inspection of your van
* Drive safely, responsibly and within the law
* Clean and refuel your van as needed
* Contact the office with any discrepancies or delays
* Ensure customer confidentiality
* Help the office and picking teams when required
* Report health and safety, stock quality and mechanical issues
* Assist teammates when others are absent or on holiday
* Carry out local marketing activities (e.g., leaflet drops, sheltered housing visits) to attract new customers
Essential Qualifications
* Experience within a customer service-based role
* Full UK Manual Driving Licence
* Basic computer literacy including use of phone apps
* Evidence of work stability
* Basic secondary education
Desirable Qualifications
* Experience in multi-drop delivery
* Experience in a care-based role
* Warehouse experience
* Health & Safety awareness

* Friendly, approachable and reliable
* Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
* Good attendance and timekeeping
Other Requirements
* You must have held a UK manual driving licence for at least 2 years
* All offers of employment are subject to a Driving Assessment, Driving Licence checks and basic DBS checks
* As this role involves working with elderly and vulnerable customers, it is exempt from The Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and requires a basic DBS Disclosure
* Guidance on disclosures is available from the Ministry of Justice
