We are looking for a confident and compassionate Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join a specialist primary setting supporting pupils aged 5 to 11. This is a full-time position with an immediate start, perfect for someone who is motivated to help children develop positive behaviours, emotional regulation and a love of learning. This inclusive and well-structured learning centre provides a calm, supportive environment where children feel safe, understood and encouraged to succeed. You will be supporting children with a range of special educational needs, including:
* Social, emotional and mental health needs
* Behavioural challenges linked to emotional regulation
* Communication and interaction difficulties

Key Responsibilities
* Provide targeted behaviour support on a one-to-one and small group basis
* Implement behaviour strategies and positive interventions
* Support pupils during lessons and unstructured times
* Build trusting relationships that promote engagement and progress

What We’re Looking For
* Minimum of 6 months’ childcare experience, particularly supporting children with SEN needs
* Experience with behaviour support or SEMH is highly desirable
* A full UK driving licence is essential due to the school’s location
