Role Description We are seaking a marketing manager to Join our growing our business to work with the team to grow our business and your career. Were looking for a versatile marketer who can handle everything from strategy development to hands-on execution. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and lead generation in a dynamic, agile environment. Marketing Manager Key responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies, across all media forms from banners to social media posts. Work closely with our channel partners to ensure full awareness of our product offering and services. Including marketing packs for properties. Manage all marketing activities, including social media, content creation, and event marketing. Implement data-driven approaches to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness, with clear reporting on campaign returns. Work closely with the leadership team to create impactful marketing initiatives. Skills and qualifications: No expereince of the commercial property sector is needed, just the desire to learn and develop a full understanding of our business. Ability to manage a varied workload with strong multitasking and growth marketing skills, experience in digital marketing. Preferred: Some design experience and a hands-on approach to execution. Knowledge of the Adobe suite of programmes will be useful but not essential.
