Central Control Room Supervisor - Lateral Move Permanent Grade 4 - £32,076 - £39,186 Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 36.5 hours per week Responsibility for managing the day to day effective operation of the 24x7 door entry control room. Ensuring the security and integrity of BCC housing stock, providing reassurance to tenants. Directly supervising the Control Room Operatives, maintaining vital links with local housing Teams and the emergency services. Monitoring calls of Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) or any breaches of tenancy and ensuring they have been recorded and investigated appropriately.
