The Opportunity
As a senior team member, you will design and deliver multi-channel communication strategies to engage workplace members and support client goals. You will collaborate with trustees, corporate clients, and senior stakeholders, and mentor colleagues to raise standards and foster innovation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead strategic communications for major workplace clients (typically £500m+ AUA).
* Build trusted relationships with clients, trustees, and stakeholders.
* Create engaging member narratives based on data and market insights.
* Oversee campaign execution, ensuring quality, compliance, and impact.
* Contribute to business growth through propositions, pitches, and content.
* Mentor junior team members and promote continuous improvement.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience leading large-scale communication campaigns for corporate or workplace savings clients.
* Strong project management and stakeholder influence skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strategic thinking, creativity, and commercial awareness.
* Experience coaching or developing others is a plus.
Professional qualifications (e.g., CIM or pensions-related certification) are desirable but not essential.
