We are a busy, vibrant and multi-faceted team within the Resources & Governance Directorate with great working relationships across all areas of the Trust and Partnerships. The National Reforms have given us the opportunity to revise our business as usual ways of working and this role is part of the support and growth associated with this exciting but essential project. You will be hands on delivering leadership and management development at all levels of the Trust, team events, re-enforcing our coaching culture and supporting coaching and mentoring. You will also be involved in the identification of training needs, proposing effective initiatives as well as supporting the on-boarding of new employees or the coming together of multifaceted teams. You will ideally be available to join us on reasonably short notice and have recent experience of designing and hosting workshops and working in a flexible and adaptable way.
