Candidate needs to be based in Northern Ireland.6 month contractInside of IR35 A ideal candidate will support and maintain adherence within the Change & Release Management process within the company and customer base. Responsibilities:Support the implementation and improvement, processes, and procedures under the direction of the Senior Change Manger.Monitor compliance and ensure the processes and procedures are being adhered to.Support ISO compliance procedures and audit activities annually.Present Change Management process to Clients, Internally and as required for ISO AuditsDeliver the process role of “Change Manager”, Chair and participate in internal and customer facing Change Advisory Boards (CABs) where applicable. Ensuring TOR is met and minutes and actions are delivered.Use of Change Review boards (Pre-CAB) if applicable to facilitate the preparation and assessment of RFCs.Support the operational management of all types of Change and Release CRQs via Remedy.Support Project teams to ensure Change management procedures are incorporated into their plans for new solutions and services.Coordinate and prioritise Change Management process to achieve targets and expectations:Customer satisfactionKPIs, SLA and OLAsEnsure Process efficiencySupport the mentoring of Analysts where responsibilities have been re-assigned within shared service across multiple ClientsSupport Internal Reporting monthly and contributing to customer reporting on Change, Release and Patching (if applicable)Key Skills:EssentialProven track record showing experience in a similar role within an ITIL-based Service Operation environmentWorking knowledge of operational Change in an infrastructure environment and software release deployment activitiesKnowledge and practical use in operating an IT Service Management toolset for the core process e.g. Change ManagementMinimum ITIL Foundation V3Degree or equivalent standard / or applicable career experienceDesirableKnowledge of the value of Change and Configuration Management, the links from Change to Configuration and impact on Availability.Experience using BMC Remedy Smart ITAdept in the use of office products to assist in effective reportingTechnical awareness of IT infrastructure (Server, Storage, Networks, Applications, Clients, Security)Knowledge of industry standard approaches to risk managementITIL V4 FoundationExperience of Service Transition activities e.g. Operational Readiness
