Role Description
The Head of Strategy is a full-time on-site role located in Staines-Upon-Thames. The role involves developing and driving strategic initiatives, conducting business planning, and collaborating with stakeholders to align organizational objectives with operational execution. The candidate will analyze business performance, support decision-making processes with financial and analytical insights, and guide teams through effective change and innovation. The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to consult with various departments to ensure cohesive strategic implementation.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and drive actionable insights.
Proven expertise in Business Planning and Finance to create, evaluate, and monitor strategic financial plans.
Extensive experience in Strategic Planning with a focus on aligning business goals with long-term strategies.
Background in Consulting to provide insights and recommendations for organizational improvement.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in managing change and fostering innovation within diverse teams.
Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Strategy, or a related field (preferred).
