Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our dynamic team, located in Manchester near the Coop Live Arena / Etihad Stadium. The Server will contribute significantly to our mission of providing luxurious dining experiences in a captivating environment.
Responsibilities
* Greet and serve guests with a warm, confident and welcoming attitude.
* Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.
* Maintain knowledge of menu items to provide recommendations.
* Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintaining cleanliness.
* Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.
* Assist in setting up and clearing tables for optimal guest experience.
Requirements
* Knowledge is Asian cuisine is an advantage.
* Be well presented, charismatic and be able to thrive in a dynamic environment
* Strong communication skills with a focus on guest services.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with upselling techniques is a plus.
* Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
