Bennett and Game have the pleasure of working with a Leading RIBA Chartered Practice with a renowned brand across the UK. Our client's office is based in Sheffield, where they are looking for a Project Architect to join their expanding team. They are looking for someone to focus on student accommodation projects. They are offering a competitive starting salary of up to £45,000 and offer further benefits such as hybrid working, training / support, holiday and a pension scheme.
Our client is seeking an ambitious Project Architect to join their established award-winning Architectural practice based in Sheffield. The successful Project Architect will collaborate with a team on a variety of projects within the Residential, Commercial, Leisure, Student Accommodation and Retail sectors. Our clients current projects are more focuses in the Student Accommodation sector and contract values are between £5m - £20m. The successful Project Architect will be working across all RIBA Stages as our client require someone who is able to run projects.
Project Architect Job Overview
* Occasional site visits
* Develop designs into working drawings
* Coordinate tender and construction design packages
* Submission of planning / building regs
* Work on projects throughout all RIBA stages
* Help with and coordinate the design and production of comprehensive design information
* Prepare and produce plans and documents for statutory approvals
* Participate in team meetings
Project Architect Job Requirements
* Based within a commutable distance of Sheffield
* ARB Qualified Architect
* Good knowledge of Revit or AutoCAD
* Motivated individual
* Ability to work well as part of a design / technical team
* Good design skills
* Experience across all RIBA Stages, able to run projects
